” We met Lino at the Valletta waterfront which was the nearest location to our hotel. The boat was a rib and very comfortable.He took us up to Gozo showing us all the sights and aqua blue caves. At Gozo we had coffee and then went to the Blue Lagoon where he anchored and put up the shade. Beautiful swimming spot but even better because we beat the crowds. He then took us to an amazing shipwreck which is a great diving spot. We swam and the water was so clear you could see everything even though it was so deep. Very worthwhile experience and Lino was great company. “

“Amazing and…amazing!”

I booked a sunset cruise as a surprise for my boyfriend on the final evening of our trip – it was everything I hoped for and more! (Oh and he loved it too!)

David was so understanding when we got stuck in traffic coming from the north of the island and were 25 minutes late!

The boat was spectacular and David gave us a fantastic tour together with full history of the local area.

At one point, we looked behind the boat and the moon was rising over the sea. Amazing.

Don’t come to Malta without booking a trip with David 🙂

“Great guide, reservation confusion”

Our guide Dominique was extremely friendly and provided us with a terrific day (which is why we have given the tour 4 stars instead of 3). The communication with the owner leading up to our tour, as well as the actual pick-up though was off. Consequently, we ended up starting our tour approximately 30 minutes behind schedule and having to call the owner to see if someone was coming to pick us up. I have yet to receive a response to my post tour email from the owner. As for the tour itself, the spot that Dominique took us to snorkel was awesome and having a smaller boat allowed us to venture into the caves – a pretty cool experience. Thanks to Dominique for such an enjoyable day.

“Great Day”

Our group of 8 spent a day in Malta and we are so glad we arranged our tour with this service.

David met us in port and we spend the day in his boat exploring caves, swimming and enjoying a day in the sun. The water here is an amazing shade of teal blue – simply beautiful. David was fun and friendly, we learned a lot about the island and the kids were fascinated by the rock formations within the caves. Their favorite part of the day was diving into the water to view a sunken ship that had been placed to create an artificial reef. The kids were amazed at how much they could see in the clear waters. The island of Malta is beautiful and the people were very warm and welcoming. We stopped on Gozo for lunch and got to explore and take pictures. The boat was roomy and fast, we had a fabulous time. If we go back to Malta, I would definitely book with this service again. It was so much better than the big tour ferries packed with passengers listening to recordings. Highly recommend.

“Wonderful Morning on the Gorgeous Coast of Malta”

We can not recommend Malta Rib Cruises enough! Our family of five spent four hours with Romero. He showed us caves, the Blue Lagoon, St. Paul’s Bay, Gozo, Comino and so much more. He was knowledgeable about the area and history, answering all of our questions. He made sure the teens had fun, taking us to a cove where they could jump from cliffs (safely) and even made an emergency restroom stop. We loved our time on board and can’t wait to visit Malta again for another tour. Highly recommend.

I’d highly recommend you spend a day or an afternoon with David on his lovely rib, to explore the stunning views of the Maltese coastline. David was extremely accommodating, taking my booking 24 hours beforehand, having decided it would be a fun way to spend my birthday with my parents. He’s a wealth of knowledge when showing off the sights and very professional in every aspect. We even caught a glimpse of Brad & Angelina’s film set which was quite a highlight! If I get back to Malta, I’ll definitely be booking a cruise again – thanks for a great birthday, David!
